We use different grades of Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) as the material for constructing Assembled Core Laminations, one of our popular products. At present, we have the capability to process laminations up to 50000 kVA in different shapes as well as sizes, for instance 90°- 45° and 135. The entire process is customized, i.e.

We receive customer's design
The design is studied and checked for dimensional integrity, suitable grade and no load loss
On the basis of design, we take EPSTEIN Samples from the mother coils.
In case the number of load loss matches the client's requirement, the same coil is converted into various processes like Slitting / Cutting / Punching and "V" Noching, depending of client's demands.

Client's design is delivered with the control documents to our packaging department. They make the plan of making wooden pallets for packing the end products. Before packing, weighing is also done and other checks are done to ensure burr level, 45 angles, size, length, width, and stack height.

The Assembled Core Laminations are packed using wooden pallets coupled with HDPE fabrics. Also, these are wrapped with a strapping patti having high tensile strength for avoiding the damages related to transportation. Short / excess quantity is assured with final weight checking (with wooden pallet) before loading on the truck.
